Pictured at Lidl in Athlone at the prize handover for Lidl’s LGFA Club Competition were Coaches Rachel Prendergast, Adrian Quinn, Declan Nugent and team members from Juvenile LGFA Athlone GAA being presented their new jerseys by Deputy Managers of the Athlone Store Lubos Chvascak and Joanna Jukubier. The club was recently announced as winners of the competition which called on customers to nominate their local club to win a set of jerseys and equipment for their club. Juvenile LGFA Athlone GAA were one of 154 lucky clubs across the country winning a total of €250,000 worth of jerseys and equipment raised from the sale of promotional packs of Lidl's Carrick Glen 6 pack of water. 10c from every purchase was donated toward the jersey and equipment fund which ran across all stores earlier this year.
